The Epoxy Doctor was established in the greater Los Angeles area in 1996 as an off shoot of our sister company, Pacific Shoreline Construction, in response to a growing demand for concrete crack and spall repair after the 1994 earthquake. Over the past 20, the Epoxy Doctor, in conjunction with its sister company, has expanded via the development and use of innovative technologies such as carbon fiber reinforcement and epoxy based systems, to become the premier coastal foundation expert along the 50 miles of Ventura and Malibu coastline. With over 30 years of combined experience in construction, engineering, architecture, and design, the Epoxy Doctor has become the trusted name in coastal foundation testing and repair.

Stewart Kriegstein - President & CEO Stewart has poured his heart and soul into the Epoxy Doctor since its inception in 1996. With 30+ years of experience in construction, architecture, and design; his influence has not only built and shaped the Epoxy Doctor but has also preserved many of the homes that make up the beautiful, world renowned, Malibu coastline. With his "Indiana Jones" hat and a cigar in his hand, Stewart is a well recognized face among Malibu homeowners and has likely repaired your's or your neighbor's home.
